You park on the north side of campus. I parked there yesterday for the first time in ten years. Noticed the same thing about how quick you can get out. It was nice, but I was stressing that my car got either towed or broken into.

I doubt very seriously that the old man I gave money to had anything to do with the lot we parked on.

* US TAX CODE - instead of regular fans buying tickets with their hard earned after tax income, half the stadium is corporate purchased seats (which has driven up prices) and since they were a tax WO mainly, the users couldn't give a flip about the game - selfie, Facebook, leave.

*OVER THE TOP TAILGATES AND RV's - they're waiting for the abovementioned corporate seat fans to leave at halftime

* STUDENT APATHY - real easy to fix. They have to scan in for admittance, make them scan out. The next year ticket priority is based on how long you were in the stadium. You leave early, no tickets next year.

* CRACKDOWN ON SNEAKING EVEN A LITTLE BIT OF JUICE IN (ADULTS) - when it was easier, games were better

* PARKING, TRAFFIC, COACHING, NO BEER, CONCESSIONS, don't HELP EITHER

People stay at day games longer than night games.

could start by removing the shitty piped in rap music and go back to being band/fan central per tradition
this wouldn't make the slightest difference

LSU needs to be in contention for something worth while and fans need to fear a loss before they really come alive.

Yes I really think this is the answer but people don't believe it or want to hear it. There is a lack of creativity that convinces fans nothing is new.

Most fans didn't fear a loss, so they left and the atmosphere sucked.

At the end, when there weren't too many fans last and a loss was a reality, the stadium came alive again.

LSU fans need both....fear of a loss and to be in contention.

If the overwhelming majority of people on campus for gameday came primarily just to see LSU play football, most would stay into the 4th quarter.

The LSU tailgating wouldn't be what it is today. Much like Mardi Gras, where people go for the party and not the parade, LSU tailgating is what it is because so to so many people, the game is secondary.

Put some competent police at the intersection of Highland & Lee, Staring, Bluebonnet.
Same thing on Nicholson. & Lee, Bluebonnet Stop the cross traffic. Keep the main outbound traffic flow moving! Takes 45 mins- hour to get from parking lot to Lee.

lsu has the best and most passionate fans in the country. by not attending or leaving early, lsu fans are sending a message that they do not accept mediocrity. until miles is no longer head coach, continue to expect more of the same in terms of attendance.
