Ole Miss over Auburn

We NEED this to happen to prevent a three way tie IF Auburn beats Bama in the Iron Bowl

Ole Miss over Auburn but anything else?

Would Mizzou and Miss St wins help our SOS?

Obviously it's a super far off shot, but an A&M loss probably wouldn't hurt.. Right?

Also, would a Florida win or loss make any difference to us?

We want UF,Tamu to keep winning because the higher they are ranked the better. Yes Miss St and Mizzou winning is also good.

We need Auburn to lose so we can fully control our own destiny.

For SEC games only, purely in terms of which team winning would most help our chances to win the West:

UK vs Mizzou: In the event of a 3-way tie for the division, a very late tiebreaker is the SEC record of your East opponents, so Mizzou is the choice here.

UF vs UGA: Same logic as above.

Aub vs Ole Miss: The only one we really need. We need Auburn to lose another SEC game, and I'd rather they lose this one and then win the Iron Bowl.

Tenn vs S.Car: We didn't play either one, but it gives a loss to one of Bama and A&M's East opponents.

Definitely Auburn. Wisky beating Nebraska would be nice as well, non SEC I know. I actually think TAM and UF winning is more likely to benefit the Tigers in the long run.

There is no possible three-way tie at 7-1 that would involve LSU.

We have to win out to get to 7-1. That means Alabama would have one loss and Texas A&M two losses. The Iron Bowl would give either Alabama or Auburn a second loss, leaving only the other one at 7-1. If it's Auburn, they win on head to head vs. LSU. If it's Alabama, we win on head to head.

The only possible three-way tie at 7-1 in the SEC West would be between Auburn, Alabama and A&M. If A&M wins out, Auburn wins out and Alabama wins out except for a loss to Auburn, all three would be tied at 7-1 and 1-1 head to head vs. the other two. We would be, at best, 5-3 having lost to all three of them.

Look if LSU beats Ags it doesn't matter, if we win out. A two loss team needs "good wins". Probably moot anyway because N Mexico St has very little chance of winning. I would enjoy the massive melt coming out of College Station if they did lose.

None of those except Auburn vs. Ole Miss impact our chances of winning the West, unless everybody in the West has at least two losses. If anyone finishes 7-1, there is no 3-way tie that LSU can be involved in.

I'm aware that 3 of those games will almost certainly have no effect on who wins the West. I just picked the teams that would help our chances the most, even if it's a very small difference.

Okie St leading WV and UVA leading Louisville currently, both of these are good for LSU right now...also Mich St hanging tough with UM...an upset would be nice here and Texas beating Baylor wouldn't hurt either. Throw in a Washington loss to Utah as well.
