Recruiting is about convincing teenage boys that your school / campus has everything they want. And what do teenage boys want more than anything else? Teenage girls.

none, and every school has these "stewards." The fact that this is being made a big deal is hilarious. Les was just dumb enough to verbalize those "qualifications" to a woman in the AD. However, legally speaking, not giving or giving a job to someone based on physical appearance isn't illegal. "Attractiveness" isn't a protected class. I think what gets Les in some hot water is how he presented things. The not wanting dark-skinned black girls thing is the most worrisome thing he said TBH.

Same qualifications as waitresses at Hooters, Twin Peaks and numerous other restaurants. I don't see the difference

The surprising, kinda, part is he was stupid enough to say it in front of the woman who hires them. That's gotta be a wink wink sorta thing. The fact that he was also trying to frick them makes his reqs for getting the job look worse.
