I was also thinking a little bit more big picture than you assuming les was wanting to win a NC
I understand that. I just think that Michigan is a LONG way from worrying about that right now

Harris will come in but it may not be the right time to start in Auburn... we will see Harris possibly the first, maybe the third drive but definately sooner than later.

If Jennings starts against auburn I want miles head on a spike. That would prove just how much of an idiot I've always known he was.
Kirby smart is a good option and bring in an oc who excels in the spread and we have the best team in 2016

Punch yourself in the balls douche.

sends the message to the team that Miles won't throw players under the bus and is a players type coach, that's what they like about him. Jennings comes in to settle the team down in a hostile environment then Harris takes over after a series or two.

Lol.
The sad part is you're serious.
It tells the team that the best won't be rewarded. It tells recruits the same. If Jennings starts, Miles should be fired

No matter what you do performance-wise, if you don't practice better than everyone else, you won't play.

This makes 0 sense to me. Throw under the bus? WTF?

It may send the message that Harris would be well served as a freshman to watch a series or two to see from the sidelines what Auburn's defense is doing.

None. It matters who gets more meaningful snaps.

so you finally appear today. Getting over your depression? Miles played Harris, spread the offense and the team looked like a well oiled machine. You couldn't have been pleased with the results of the game last night. What are you going to do if Harris starts vs Auburn, we run a more spread out offense and win the game?

quote:I would normally agree with this but in this case it's way off. The players feel it,every ex-player on TV sees it, the fans see it,even the other teams see it. This is not even close. BH has driven the team for TD's 9 out of 10 times. It's a slap in everybody's face if Les is this stubborn. We've been through this mess before and it failed. Sure hope he does what is right for this team.
It does NOT mean anything except the coaches know these kids better than any TD poster!

They would be treating him like a true freshman who will be in his first game in a hostile environment.

I stated a thread this morning. FAIL, clown.
Unlike you I am excited when LSU wins. I don't need a certain player to be in the game, just a win.

Does it send any type of negative message to the team if Les starts Jennings?
In this case, it does. It's clear that the majority of the players prefer Harris. We've been seeing enough smoke in that regard since the spring. The change in performance by the entire offense immediately upon Harris' entry last night said a lot.

I think Harris has proven to be the guy but we are all arm chair quarterbacks... right.
I agree with all this.
