RobbBobb, you suck at this board.
The fact that these are both "close win" and nothing more is laughable. We're UGA's bitch. Joe Cox and Caleb King will do enough to beat us in Athens. I hope UGA is as formidable of an opponent as State next year, because that's two easy W's.
UF will have a better offense, defense, coaching staff, and have proven that Death Valley doesn't bother them. They had us in 07 with a bunch of freshmen. Win!!!!
A "new" QB in a system that doesn't throw the ball. That will be SO hard to replace. JPW threw NINE TDs this season as a SR. That gives you an idea of how much they care for throwing. They'll have just as good, if not a better running game, a better defense, and the homefield advantage.
Tossup, but why Ole Miss and not any of the others?
If we can't get through a regular season with that good of a record with 2007's team, why will 2009 achieve it? Prepare to be disappointed.

Caleb King - 2008 season: 61 rushes 247 yards 4.0 yards per carry & 3 catches for -1 yard. His 6 carries for 12 yards & 2.0 yards per carry against LSU was not interesting. Joe Cox - 2008 season: 11 of 15 passing 151 yards passing. Yeah...just a plethora of Offensive Firepower with those two.

No, Florida didn't win in Death Valley in 2007, in fact thier QB looked very upset. Let's watch:
Miles vs. Meyer: 2-2

How's your SabanAid Sporto? How did that "Homefield Advantage" treat your Coach last year in Tuscaloser?

8-4 or 7-5. There is no reason to believe we will be any better at the QB position in 09. Should someone step up and solidify the QB play next year I would think 9-10 wins is a possibility.

Alabama, UGA, Ole Miss will be beatable....verdict out on UF. I think they will win the east again.
LSU will beat everyone else IMO.

I hate to say it, but it seems Saban has great raport with West Monroe
Yeah and that is why all the major recruits EVER to come out of West Monroe have went to LSU, other than that liar, Luther Davis. Also, West Monroe's HC is a huge LSU supporter and wears a LSU visor on national TV.

I see 6-6 or 7-5. Probably 7-5.

Did you suffer oxygen deprivation during the birth process, or are you just a 13 yr old with access to momma's computer?
We lost 2 triple OT games to teams with Heisman hopefuls, and experienced coaches.
This year's schedule doesn't include that.
Moo St will be ramped up offensively, we get a rude awakening and win there. Ga & Bama suffer through what we did this yr at QB. They will need to throw the ball at times, and it won't be pretty.
I really think the new D coordinator will have us ready for Fl, like in 07, and Bama in 08, when we were at home. Maybe an OT win. Its just a prediction based on previous experiences.
Ole Miss is out trap game. Beat us this yr, Nutt also beat us in 07, and has Snead returning at QB. Ark could also be our trap game, but a loss to Ole Miss would likely prevent that.

I guess watching UGA whip our arse the last three times we've played them, despite having superior talent twice, wasn't a big enough indicator of them being the better team. We are not beating them next year.

The "Win!!!" was in reference to the poster who said we WOULD win the game in 2009, stupid frick.

Both times we beat them at home we had superior talent, and needed lucky breaks to get past them. Both times they beat us on the road they beat us convincingly.

Yeah, because a national championship caliber team isn't supposed to beat a 1st year coach's 7-6 team, idiot.

We beat UK by 49 the year before. Arkansas was 6-6.

Nor does it include a team as talented or experienced as 2007's.

Tebow is coming back, and if he doesn't, Brantley will beat us. I guess the rest of their offense and defense will just pack it in, since the majority of the team is coming back.

Coming off a 7-5 season, and UF possibly winning the NC and returning the majority of their team isn't promising, but that's just your opinion.

I don't think it's a trap game when you get raped by one team on Senior Day, and lose to the other two straight years when they're sub .500

didn't Miles coach that team, though? That doesn't support your stale-arse argument.

8-4 or 9-3 if we're lucky with losses to Bama, Florida, Georgia and possibly Ole Miss.
