Well, 16 games is two complete seasons worth of SEC games so I can see the logic behind using that number.

16 games is two full years. Even your lowly thought process can understand that.

No, you won't though. Go ahead and type 200 responses now all on agenda and not fact.

It signifies that Lee played one year too early because of the Perrilloux thing and really sucked. Take out Lee's 2008 fiasco and the record is o.k.

If raising ticket prices, TAF contributions and becoming second tier behind Alabama and Florida is acceptable, I am all for it.

lsu fans should just accept the fact that we will be the 3rd or 4th best team in the conference. that is shame considering we all know LSU should be be the 2nd best team in the conference year end and year out. Florida will continue to be number 1

Why are you using the last 16 games? I don't get the rationale?

Last 2 years?

Seemed like a good number to me.

Is 2 years really a trend, though? Seems like to small of a sample size to me.

This signifies that LSU went 3&5 in the SEC last year with a putrid, pathetic defense and a redshirt freshman QB who didn't cut the mustard.

Add 2 losses this year to #1 and #3 teams.

Step back into 2007 (which I believe we were BCS Champs), and you find a loss against Arkansas and an SECCG victory.

Sure, sure, if I was sucking Saban off I wouldn't use the overall records either.

Maybe, but it signifies the last 2 seasons of SEC football games.

And this does include LSU winning the title in 2007.

Yup.......we don't get to play football in 2010 or 2011 or 2012 we are just 3rd or 4th........

It's cyclical......If you don't think LSU has improved or will improve with Chavis and Cooper leading our D and Jordan Jeff and Shep leading an offense next year you are an blinded by your agenda.

LSU will start the season ranked in the top 7 next year and possibly top 5!

I have know doubt that our transgressions over the last 2 years are due to RP and the changing of the guard from an SEC championship qb to a redshirt freshman to a true sophmore......

What if LSU goes 11-2 this year? Is that medicore? What if the end the season ranked in the top 5? Is that medicore?

I think every person on these forums would take 11-2 every single year.

Two seasons is a trend. Has anyone paid attention to LSU football prior to 2004? Seems half these idiots noticed we won the NC and decided to become fans.

Gerry DiNardo would still be coach if 2 years weren't a trend.

It's like we have to take out all of the 49 victories just to talk about what has occured since losing our SEC championship qb because our Coach had the intergrity to put LSU over 1 man........

Yall are probably the same guys who thought Meyer was a classless prick for suspending Spikes for 1 half.....
