We have a QB starting his first road game @ LSU, a banged up OL, a suspect secondary, Les coaching for his job, Cam back in the booth...

AU was the defending SEC champs who returned their senior starting QB along with 16 other starters. LSU had a true Freshman at QB who had never started a college game (home or away)
2016 AU can't find a QB, and they are struggling to find any offense.
If you want to say the game will be tight, I agree. But there's really not much comparison between '14 and '16. If anything, LSU is the MUCH more experienced team this time around

The QB has basic development. Sure, the first road SEC consideration is not to be taken lightly, but the skill set and TRUE CONFIDENCE of Etling is significantly higher than the game and QB situation you are referring to.

But it's at auburn. And we're LSU. So home field advantage, Alabama ref advantage, the fact that les miles gets bored and wants it to come down to the last second....it will be another nail biter
