Hes a tested and great recruiter and loves Lsu and the state. He would be a great hire as a DL coach. Not a DC or head coach. If true perfect hire!!

Why are folks opposed to Coach O returning? He definitely brings value as a DL coach/top recruiter and I appreciate the level of humility necessary to return to a school where you were a national championship winning HC as a DL coach just a few years later.
IMO the man epitomizes LSU football and, to a certain extent, the state of Louisiana as a whole... I for one am all for it LOL.

im ok with O on DL, we have to do better there. Not that KW can't coach them, i think O will be better at recruiting.

I felt the d line looked improved this year vs the past several. I think Kyle is on the right track to LSU having a good d line again.
Also I'm not sure if Coach O can be trusted yet. He was literally trying to pick pregnant wives at the gas station and running rampant on blondes.
I think it should be a long debate about if Coach O needs to be around the program. Maybe some type of recruiting consultant would be a job for him and maybe not a on field coach.
