From the LSU president, to the AD, to the coaches...nothing has gone good for our program in the last few years. We messed up the Miles firing, we messed up the Herman hiring, we’re currently messing up the Canada situation. On the field, our best win in the last 3 years was against an Auburn team that still had 4 losses this year or maybe Florida 3 years ago. We haven’t beaten Alabama since 2011 despite having a small talent gap.

It just seems like this has been bad for a while and showing no signs of improvement. We haven’t hit rock bottom like some of the other programs because with the talent here and lack of schools in state to compete with LSU, we can almost walk-through 8 wins a year.

I keep telling myself every year it’s going to be different, but it’s time to come to the realization that until our AD is out, Alexander is out, and O is out, we won’t be elite again.

Aranda is a bright spot, but if we keep sucking so bad in all other areas, he’s going to leave sooner than later.

Here’s to hoping the end of all this crap happens sooner than later.

Is that due to Orgeron or the fact that Aranda is making bank??

It's not nearly as small as you think it is. Starter for starter, we can compete for the most part, it's been depth where they have us clearly beat.

So true, Bama is three deep in every position.

I can understand that, but taking Alabama out of the equation we have lost way too many games. We are 34-16 in the past 4 years. That’s really sub-par.

I’m not saying we messed up BY firing him, but the way the administration handled it at the end of 2015 until he was actually fired after Auburn in 2016 was just bad.

LSU football has been a cluster frick since 2014. John Chavis and the Miles clause, then Miles getting fired oh wait never mind you're not fired...wait.. yes you are..

Then Alleva didn't like the agents for Fisher and Herman, so he hastily hired the worst coach in Ole Miss history with a $12 million buyout.

After just a few games with O, there were already issues with the Canada. Alleva had to call a meeting with the coordinators and O. Then reports surfacing Canada is going to be fired right after the bowl game.

This program is a mess. The only positive, stable aspect is Aranda. And I don't know how much longer he's going to stay. The problem is Joe Alleva, as he has screwed up at almost every turn when handling the football program.

Card-carrying anti-O here, but you asked, so:

1. Terrace is comin!
2. The ceiling at QB just got way higher (TBD on what happened to the floor). Pick your favorite, it's true for either one.
3. Both lines are set to improve starting next year with this class
4. Devin White is a year better
5. We're either past or about to be past the high point of O's idiotic buyout
