I called them over the weekend and they told me I would only get a refund if the came was cancelled and not played. If it's played they would give me comparable tickets. And the new venue would acknowledge my tickets. Since the game isn't cancel I'm probably not getting a refund.

Just as a single matter of conducting business, the ticket bar coding software used for NRG tickets isn't the same software used for the Superdome.

After an hour of chatting with a stub hub rep, I finally received a full refund (7 business days). They did not want to do it but finally did. They also said they could transfer the tickets, but I just wanted a refund.

I received an email from StubHub this morning saying a full refund would be issued to my card.

SIAP...........According to DD this AM---"if you purchased tickets through StubHub, their twitter account indicates that StubHub will be canceling and refunding all orders for the Houston game and that you should receive an email update from them shortly.".......
