To be fair, I don’t think you would see this reaction had he handled declaring for the draft better. One minute he got folks excited he would be coming back and working on getting better, then at the last minute it was , nah fam, I’m better than y’all and going pro. Now he’s seeing the error of his ways and people feel justified for the anger they showed when he changed his mind.

People kept asking why he wasn’t drafted?
I don’t have anything personally against the kid but what I said was accurate. He ran quite a few lazy routes, his body language obviously sucked, and didn’t impress at his workouts.
When these things happen and you don’t produce much in college outside of one really insane game, teams aren’t going to be jumping in line to draft you.

Attitude, focus and lack of performance at the combine limited activity at Pro Day.
Who wouldn't question his commitment to the game. Hope this is the wake up call he may need. Certainly has talent.
