Well he didn’t miss the next play after those 30 yds of penalties. And those two celebrating need to run. Run an run some more. Don’t do that shite on the field.

He actually did miss the very next play, they put the backup QB in and ran a handoff then our Fitzgerald back in the game. But, I’d still like to hear his take on it!

The ref made him go get checked by the trainer to further justify the call. Fitz didn’t understand why the ref was making him go to the sidelines
...they made him go to the sidelines for concussion protocol which is mandatory if they feel it was helmet to helmet or a sudden jolt to the head neck area... he didn’t want to leave the field mainly becuz of pride... he got to the sidelines they might have asked him if he was alright but he was right back on the field after missing just one play... must have not been much...refs needed to sugarcoat their messed up call on Devin White to make it seem legit....

The ref made him go to the sideline because his hand was bleeding .. good lord .. nothing suspicious about that.

Don't know if sarcasm or serious?

First time I've heard his hand was bleeding. If accurate, that is a logical explanation for making him leave the game (and the ONLY logical explanation).

BTW - it didn't look like anybody tended to his hand on the sideline. He was back in that game in 30 seconds.

They must have checked him out pretty quickly if at all.
The camera showed him standing on the sideline by himself, with no trainer in sight, before the next play was even run.

Concussion protocol?? What. No one looked at him on the sideline. He sat out the mandatory one play due to the dramatic response by the official. I like how the official put his fist to his head because the state sideline was confused as to why Fitz had to come out.

He texted me earlier but I never got it

The communication must’ve been intercepted.

I heard his hand was bleeding b/c it was between his facemask and Devin's helmet at the moment of impact. Just sayin'

So then it was helmet to hand, not helmet to helmet, therefore no penalty. Dammit.

Well if that's why the ref sent him to the sideline then yea, that is suspicious, because anytime a player gets hit in the helmet they are supposed to be sent to sideline to check for concussion.
