What conference will the officials come from ? The reason I ask,

different conferences have tendencies to call or not call certain penalties.....I don't want anyone hurt but is there a site that tells who calls the most targeting, holding, or late hits ? I wouldn't want to lose a player that would change the game.....Years ago, one of the great basketball coaches, John Wooden, said he scouted the officials as much as the team played. Just like everyone here, I am so ready for this game and it would be a shame for one play to change the outcome......Geaux Tigers.

this is common practice among elite coaches. i know belicheck talks about this.

One of the refs is the ref who kicked out Benny Snell (Kentucky RB) a few years ago when Benny pushed his hands away (not aggressively) when the ref offered to help him up off the field.
It was pathetic and embarrassing. Dude got his feelings hurt and kicked a player out of a bowl game.
Lets hope they do better.
