Seems only one guy has said it, but what O probably does get about the 2019 offense is that he had a Heisman candidate at quarterback.

That offense is going to hard to make any valid comparisons too. Your best players now may not ever come close to that.

Point is taken though; hammer out your best starting lineup and make it the standard all season.

Agree with the OP.

Won't be as absolute as in '19 but keep the substitutions to a minimum per possession.

In 2019 we knew who the best players were because they had established themselves the previous year. Joe had played almost every snap the year before, Jefferson was our best returning receiver, Chase was a sophomore, and Clyde was a Junior.

Now we have a lot of freshmen trying to break in the starting lineup. Not exactly the same thing.

Can the 2019 stuff stop until offseason. Everyone knows that team was amazing. If we even had just Burrow now LSU would be 3-0 and ranked in top 5.

Lets try and enjoy 2021...2020 was awful.
