There's no quick fix to this problem. We don't have very many options at QB. It's a wait and watch type of situation.

Miles accomplished nothing by bringing his crony back to coach ST.

You people are weirdos. Every assistant coach on every team at every level should be considered "cronies," by your bizarre criteria.

Changes at QB and add some more pass plays to keep a defense honest. That's really all it would take.

Les Miles has got to let his qb play. We have to take the training wheels offs of the offense. The embarrassment of kicking a field goal on 2nd down with 12 seconds left should say it all. Les coaches every game scared of his qb. He's done it ever since 2008 (2013 we still finished in the bottom of the nation in passing attempts). You simply can not win championships by trying to bulldoze everyone. There has to be som variety in the offense.
This and play to win not to not lose.
Chavis' victory zone or whatever he calls his prevent defense needs to be scrapped also

One change: Better perspective by fans, mostly the sidewalk ones. There is nothing wrong with our football program. It is fun for us spectators to watch, so everything is fine. Hope they win a lot of games next year.

I think we need to do a better job of consistently getting QBs that can step up eery 2-3 years and play.

I don't want to be starting a true Fresh or True Sophomore, unless someone gets hurt or they are the real deal.

We recruit well, but we need to do better.

I see other teams are having STs problems. Guess some coaches don't take them as that important. Miles may rather have a friend than a real ST coach like he interviewed. Fl St is having problems with theirs at this moment. Their DC, Charles Kelly, was a ST coach.

LSU has to exploit teams stacking the box and bringing safeties down by releasing the TE down the middle of the field.

the scheme for the TEs has to change as the position's value has changed.

Bring in a JUCO QB with some proven (at least JUCO-level) skills and a DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO LEARN QUICKLY.

We need an additude chance at the top. CLM needs to demand more from himself and coaches. That applies to recruiting and game day. It's really inexcusable that LSU does not have a top tier QB interest in this program this year.

Continue to show an ability and/or willingness to adapt the offensive scheme to fit our personnel and our opponent. See: A&M game. Don't see: Arkansas game.

This.
The clock is ticking.

Add some more packages for the bowl game and build off that offense going into spring, summer, and fall.
