What are your thoughts on the Arky game?

damn it if every year those f'ers don't give us their best shot. I'm so glad it's a home game, but I'd be remiss to say that one doesn't make me a bit nervous. Moreso than the SECCG.

I have to admit the easy game this week is huge to avoid the letdown. Assuming an LSU win at Ole Miss, I have confidence Miles has improved as a HC since 2007 and will have them focused on Arky. I think playing them will be similar to WVU. They will get a play here and there, but we should be able to run the ball and wear them down. If we avoid turnovers in the game, we will be 12-0 and play an upstart UGA in their dome!

LSU should win something like 50-21. But it's Arkansas, and the team may be looking ahead to the SECCG. You never know, they have played LSU fairly tough even when they shouldn't. Wilson will be the best QB LSU has faced to date, and Arky does have some playmakers.

I worry that our schedule catches up to us. Especially when you include the SECG.

Will be a very tough game. LSU has taken Arkansas too lightly in the past to their peril. Petrino is an excellent coach, they have a lot of confidence against us and will have much at stake as well. They are likely to be Top 5 and a deserved top 5.

I fully expect us to score 21-28. O-line is playing MUCH better than earlier this year. Not to mention we just seem to get up for this game.

We're relatively healthy. WKU and maybe to some extent Ole Miss will give us a chance to rest some guys for a quarter or two.
