we were his definite number 2 choice. He often referred to us in interviews as "Lache Seastrunk University" and we were in it up until his last visit to Oregon. I have no beef with Lache but I am looking forward to freak dropping thomas for a 10 yard loss.

I will be following Seastrunk's career. Be interesting to see how it plays out. No doubt Oregon was a better fit for him. Seems like a good kid and hope for his success.

hope he does not return a kick off against LSU, but I will be happy for him if he does it.

me too. he made a decision that he thought was the right one and that's all that counts in life. i wish him the best. ok, i hope he has a bad game against us, but i hope he does great against others.

Gotta say that some people in this thread aren't doing their part to uphold our rep as the biggest a-hole fans in the country.

Once a player chooses another school over ours he is dead to us and all we wish is bad things for him during his college career. Let's not go getting soft all of a sudden. If he happens to join the Saints then we can cheer him on .

Thought he was a silent to us, and that was why we backed off Christine Michael the year before. That, and not actually needing him (C.M.).
Mama wanted LS here. Lyles [$25K] got involved & I bet CLM backed off.
If all NCAA stuff keeps unraveling, they might need to sit him, too.

Born, do you have any comments on what was said in the Yahoo article? And not to pry, I totally understand if you dont wish to answer, but I remember reading all your posts during Lache's recruitment about how close the two of you were and I was just wondering what the talk was like when he finally told you he was going to Oregon?

As I recall, Seastrunk was never listed as an official verbal pledge or commitment to the Tigers prior to the time he gave Oregon a commitment.
