he looked overmatched, esp at the plate. He saw the writing on the wall.

we have 5-6 guys that can play 3B, we'll be alright

like who? I haven't seen anybody that can handle the position defensively. At least Edward could at least hit.

PM is usually willing to forgive a bad bat if you're good enough defensively, wet wasn't

So you think PM essentially cut him? Because I'm thinking this was more of Wet's decision to get a chance to play.

None of those players can be considered good at 3rd base. Maybe Lowery and Jones but they haven't shown anything yet.

i dont exactly think coming into 2010 that Edward or Katz would see time at 3rd.

Dozar and Hanover are no worse 3rd baseman than Delatte. And at least they have proved they could hit

3rd is an offensive position, regardless.

Lowery and jones were both SS, i assume they have decent gloves a the least

He has been telling people he was transfering to LSUE ever since Mainieri dogged him in the paper after the Tulane game.

I've seen his work ethic questioned a few times as well. Not sure if they meant on the field or in class though

it's more than you think. Some players don't adapt well to his coaching style.

find me a team that doesnt have a few players that think they are better than what they are, and that will be the first
