NNNNNOOOO you are NOT the only one! My brother and I talked about one play where Durham carried and went straight into a pile around RT. There was a hole you could drive a truck through between say the C and RG. My God guy, do you not have any LOS vision at all. If Durham avoids the pile and runs through that hole, he is still running. There was NO ONE even past the LOS in that area. The camera was from behind the LOS with a perfect view of that area of the field. Geez guy, can you not cut literally 2 feet to the left?

Yeah, out of all the transfer portal guys that I can think of right off, he is the most disappointing. His blocking has not been as good as advertised and he is not really a threat in the passing game. I know they also got TE Green from Texas A&M but I don't know what his status is...hurt...whatever?

I am a defender of players, but there is almost zero way anyone replacing him would be worse. I think our line played a tad better, but mainly because we didnt RPO em to death. They simply cant run block without firing off the ball and our constant RPO keeps them at the LOS and an absolute mess.
Combine that with our RBs damn near refusal to cut back. This season there have been some cut backs pretty wide open and we bury into the pile. I believe they are being coached to trust the hole will be in front, but eventually we have to cut back to keep that pursuit slowed down a bit.

Green should be moved exclusively to wide receiver. Yes he's tight end size but he's such a liability on any blocking assignment.
Number one rule of coaching is to put your players where they can Excel, not where they'll struggle

I have to disagree. Maybe with pass blocking but this is one of the worst plays I have EVER seen an o-lineman commit. I don't know if it's effort or what but please explain what you see below. You can't tell me Curne couldn't have done better than this.

Why can't the GOAT Frank Wilson (According to the Rant) coach em up on how to hit the right hole in the Offensive Line? This isn't Rocket Science.

Do we not have a better blocking TE, who maybe isn't as good a receive
Donovan Green. He actually looked adequate enough for a defense to pay attention to catching passes late vs SELU. He’s only been used as a blocker in the FBS games, but he’s had some pretty good moments. I would like to see more of him and T Green in 12 going forward and make Sharp the reserve TE.

I like him and would like to see more of him. He's a true TE vs an H-back and can catch the ball.

It appears they are told to run to a designated 'hole' and they do even when there isn't a hole. Thus running into the backsides of our olinemen moving backward.
I would hope the 'hole' is just a starting point but all great backs immediately identify where daylight is and run to that, and when that closes they run to the next daylight. If Barry Sanders ran into designated 'holes' and that was all, we would have never heard of him.....but he didn't and he became the GOAT at RB. We need at least some of that. Run to daylight boys!

We didn’t watch the same game. Treydez made 2 significant blocks that positively affected the running game on Saturday. Night and day from his blocking or lack thereof at beginning of season.

Coach Frank need to teach the running backs how to hit the right holes, the really good running backs has vision and can create their own lanes. You can see the flashes in all of them, but they are young and just getting started. Once Harlem Berry gets better he's gonna be fun to watch.

They maybe tall/large but not strong, the whole OL is physically manhandled every week! That’s scheme, coaching and lack of Balls!
If all else fails on an OL physically beat your man 1:1 and that’s something LSU OL hasn’t done in many years!
Time for a new OL coach

While Nuss took some hits, Davis kept arguably the SEC's best DE from sacking him. I see Davis having a really good game vs Vandy and Nuss having the time he needs to throw strikes downfield to guys in stride who can then use their athletic ability to take it to the house. We have been looking for that Parker crossing route/TD run all season. Build on last week, protect the ball, and go get a W.

He made a nice circle and fell on the guy who made the tackle after the fact…doesnt that count?

Weston Davis has one of the worst games I’ve ever watched/evaluated at his position.

I would encourage you to rewatch the very first play of the game.
Treydez had a great game, as a receiver.
