I agree. It’s the boosters/lawyers time to shine… I see NIL deals and contracts as the end of this transfer portal shite too. Ex: Have buyouts or reparation connected to the deals the boosters give. Make them 3 seasons long.

They are certainly not the funds that A&M, Bama, or Arky just threw out. Supposedly Gordon is fighting to keep Boutte for us

So I ask again, what are the funds “that A&M, Bama, or Arky just threw out” and what are LSU’s?

JB Hunt and Tyson do. Waltons still donate to some extent but seem to be more interested in arts and cultural stuff these days.

LSU did not cheat, they wrongly assumed the rules would be enforced. Now we know better.

It’s going to be hard to compete with Texas oil money.
Because Louisiana don't? Laughable.

I think it’s hilarious that we went into Times Square with NILSU commercials and marketing the first day but had zero plan for execution

This is word for word what the old regime was about. Thank goodness we are going in a new direction.

Hogs should be able to compete with anyone as far as NIL deals go

Well, Laterrence Welch says “Hello”. The Piggies went after him as hard as they could but got a strong “No Thanks”. Exactly what players went to Hogville?

I think you are influenced by being in Arkansas hence your name “ArkTiger55”.
Arkansas is at their high water mark right now.

Many LSU fans are oblivious to just how much money LSU has behind it. Just in Baton Rouge there are LSU Donors who have Mega Bucks. There are Major Construction Companies located in Baton Rouge which are National and International in scope and all of them were founded and are run by LSU Graduates. Most are grads from the LSU Construction Management Program. Turner, Brown & Root, MMR, Performance and others are all Headquartered in Baton Rouge. Then there are the Penningtons and others. These owners all have strong ties to LSU.

LSU raised 26.5 million just to buy out Orgeron and staff. Then LSU raised an additional $100,000,000 to hire Brian Kelly.
All this money is not coming out of LSU’s Athletic Department but from Private Donors.

Throw in the $2.5 million to hire a Women’s Basketball Coach. Then the buyout for CPM and money to hire Jay Johnson is also Private Funds.

LSU has plenty of money behind it and has the Commitment from the Administration to do whatever is necessary to give LSU what it needs to be successful. They already demonstrated this.

For every one of those companies… A&M has 2-3.

Ok. Look buddy I just checked and you just joined in September and already have 699 posts of which the vast majority are negative toward LSU and Louisiana. You are a troll and are just hating. Bye.
