They may be still trying to negotiate a “settlement” of sorts. They tried to hit us with a big fine and Lane suspension and we told them to kick rocks.

I am not sure how you can look at the court cancellation yesterday and that sorry statement from the SEC today and come to any other conclusion that the SEC caved and are hoping nine if this ever sees a courtroom.
