We’re Just Getting Started

Am I the only one who thinks this team is just starting to mesh?
I truly think this team is only going to get better as the chemistry develops and Leavitt gets more comfortable in the offense. I trust this staff to make the adjustments. I trust this staff to stare down the barrel of a blowout, stay composed, and trust the process.
We literally got their best shot on Saturday. It will never be more difficult than that the rest of the way.
Kentucky will be tough. Auburn at 11:00 could be tough. Tennessee will be tough. Arkansas in the cold could be tough.
I’m not convinced there’s an opposing QB left on our schedule who can walk into Tiger Stadium and take over a game (besides Kamario Taylor)
If your expectation coming into the season was 10-2, that is still very much in the picture. It will hinge on UK game. We drop one out of Bama, Tex, Tenn.
I’m fully in the camp that the best is yet to come. We will adjust. We will get more comfortable. And, most importantly, we will continue coming together as a TEAM.
And one more thing…
LSU and Ole Miss will have the same record in one week.

You aren’t the only one, no. Anyone with rational thinking agrees this is the start to the season and there is reason for optimism.
All this hinges on Sam Leavitt’s ability to improve his accuracy. If it’s lack of knowledge of the system that will improve. That can’t happen in continuous losses tho he needs to figure this out like asap.

Yea, if you ignore giving up 8 yard per passing play, the terrible play calling, the awful quarterbacking, and the wr drops, the team is really starting to gel.

Nope, you’re not alone!
Ole piss escaped with a win last night.
QB wasn’t great for LSU, Oline play wasn’t good, Defense was overwhelmed early… and yet, we were a heartbeat away from taking the lead in the fourth quarter. And then, several minutes later we had a legitimate chance to tie the game against a team that was in the playoffs last year. (With an outstanding, heisman hopeful that is roughly 26 years old)
We may not be who we want to be yet, but you better get us now while you can. We will be improving throughout the year, and for sure year over year.
Good times ahead!

A lack of knowledge in a system is not an excuse for inaccurate throws. The fricking TE was 6 yds away, with no pressure, and he shite the bed.

The chemistry of this team really depends on how they respond to this loss and more importantly Sam's getting the ball downfield to his receivers. The receivers will get tired of running routes and never getting any looks because he's quick to take off when he feels pressure.
