LSU's O-line against Bama's D-line is going to be like lambs to the slaughter.

I don't see how LSU scores more than 3 points.

Was delusional for Syracuse to beat Clemson? Every Saturday any team has a chance to win.

The bye week has given the fan base hope that there is a chance for 6 years now. Unfortunately the chance has been extremely slim and the same could be said for this year. I do believe there is a chance, but it is a lesser chance than any of the previous years.

This ^
Unless LSU somehow got extremely better up front the last two weeks I don't see the offense doing much at all. Ole Miss had Etling running for his life for Gods sake .

So if LSU scores 10 points is that going to be some kind of "gotcha?"

The hope has come from the teams improvement over the last three SEC games not the bye week.

That same comment was made last year in a similar thread. I have hopes too, but I was just pointing out that the perceived "chances" always grow during this week. What you have to remember is LSU has the 71st ranked scoring offense and the 84th ranked passing offense. You know what kind of defense they are up against and you know that the running game will be minimized like usual. What are the chances that one of the worst passing offenses becomes great all of the sudden?

Or is Alabama going to use this game to make a statement that they should be #1?
