I spoke to a friend who lives in Columbia and she said another damn just broke today and prior to today she thought the game would be played but can't see they would at this point. Maybe this will be like the year we had to go to Arizona St bc of Katrina with the cocks coming to us

And is this about the weather for the game, or the weather that has already occurred that could impact the game?

Just so it's in here, the weather from tomorrow on is nothing to worry about:

USC cancelled classes for today and tomorrow, and possibly for Wednesday . . . and are considering canceling classes for the entire week. Little or no potable water in the city. They are having a tough time.

Spurrier will still have sprinklers on all week in spite of the flood, in attempt to slow down Fournette

wow thats insane. on some level it seems ethically questionable to host a game there this saturday. honestly i dont care where it's played - just sounds a little off to have so many people there. on the other hand, if they get it all sorted out in time - those poor folks deserve their game come hell or high water (ok bad choice of expression).

Athletic Department says the game is still on, but they are monitoring the situation.
