So the guy spending the money needs more time and more money..??..just because you mess up and pay the wrong kids the wrong amount does not make it a rebuild.... rebuilding is not like it used to be, all of the good players will leave unless they are given more money (and possibly other things like jersey numbers)...the amount you pay directly correlates to the expectations....cant say its a rebuild and dish out championship pay....like it or not that's the new normal

No. Let him coach the team. The product he puts out on the field speaks to me I have not listened to a single press conference of his yet. I am still a staunch supporter of him and even if I was not I would not listen to press conferences. Every single one from every single coach is completely scripted unless you get lucky for one of them to get unhinged and to deviate from mindless Coach speak you get nothing from the pressors.
