Just bring in another Saints offensive assistant to present a PowerPoint. While we’re at it bring in a Saints defensive assistant to present a PowerPoint.

Oh, so you admit Linehan and E are good?

They seem very good so far.

Actually they are good. Really good just maybe not all time great like E and Brady were last year. Look at what the offense lost from last year’s team and it is still doing good enough to win football games. Completely opposite of the way the defense has handled it’s personnel losses.

Do you watch Auburn ever? Auburn has been winning off its defense for the past 3 or so years. Former LSU whipping boy Kevin Steele, who received a lot of the same backlash the Pelini is catching this season, has turned Auburn into an elite defensive team. Almost like if you give someone more than 3 games to figure it out they improve. So weird how that happens.

frick Gus and his nonstop use of roll out passes. It would feel like the Jordan Jefferson era again.

#16 ranked offense so far

Wonder how high they would be ranked if the defense would make a few stops, giving them the ball more.
Wonder how high they would be ranked with an experienced OL.
Most football fans know the OL needs time working together to form a team. We have one starter on the OL back from last season.
Count the Seniors on Ala. OL.

Sit in a studio and bloviate on Saturdays or work 80 hours a week in a highly stressful environment I wonder which one he would choose.

You obviously haven’t watched Auburn very closely the last few seasons.

Their offense has been, and still is, garbage.

Conversation is moot though...if, and when, Gus does get let go at Auburn, he will be able to get another HC job somewhere.

Personally I wouldn’t mind hiring Munoz as OC when E retires.

We should push Ensminger out after this year and throw the checkbook at Gus.

Why?

Our OC won a national title last year and offensive play calling has not been the issue this season. Lack of protection from OL and our QB does not handle pressure well at all. The second he gets pressure he folds.
