No I didn't. LSU is just fine in the game. The problems tonight have nothing to do with coaching.

I understand and I don't know enough about basketball to give an opinion

He had the shittiest lineup he could throw out there for like the last 6-7 minutes of the half

Dude, he set the lineup to save the starters for late in the 2nd half due to foul trouble early in the first half. You are showing again how little you understand basketball strategy. Just stahp.

Dude, you're the one who said he chose the worst possible lineup he could choose for a third of the half.
If what you meant to say was that he was forced into that lineup based on the foul situation, that's not the way it came off. I was under the impression that your assertion was that the jones responded poorly to the game situation with a poor choice of lineup
I never made any statement about strategy, but I'm confident that I know plenty to have a rational and informed basketball discussion. I only meant to point out that you were contradicting yourself. I see now that's not the case. But you can't exactly blame me for not understanding the tone of a complete stranger's text.
And just so you know, it is possible to correct that misunderstanding without being a total douche. I know it's tough to do behind the comfortable anonymity of your computer screen, but it is possible
And good win tigers

The postgame show sounded like the CBS postgame when LSU lost to Ole Miss in FB. Just lack of fundamentals...so frustrating.

He put a shitty lineup in for foul trouble you fricking retard. Coaching through the issues won the game. They weathered one of the greatest performances of the season by Old Piss and won. It proves my point that you sound like that idiot Dan Dakich. Actually, you are the Dan Dakich of tigerdroppings. I told you guys to STFU and let this one play out. LSU wins. Blame JJ

Glad we won Geauga tigers! Glad Victor, and Blakeney had solid games. Just to prove posters who say JJ isn't cutting it. One of the analyst just said "LSU doesn't play defense and they don't have anything resembling an offensive game plan. They simply out talent people". That right there is all lack of coaching.

That's Dan Dakich. He said Les Miles should be fired because Jeremy Hill sucker punched that dude. But go on with your narrative

Ok buddy, lash out irrationally if that's what you need to do to feel good about yourself. I'm done with this.
Glad the tigers won

Which D1 or higher team you coached to know so damn much?

That commentator for ESPN, trashed Jones after the game. Said LSU has a ton of talent but they play such a horrible style of game. Said they are not a team that is going to play you with any type of fundamental toughness.
I think the national media realizes that JJ is not a very good coach. So it's not just the rantards!

That's Dakich you dip shite. See the earlier threads and the ones from 2012 when he wanted Les fired for his immoral support of Jeremy Hill. Frick man

Listen, Johnny Jones has a long list of faults but at the end of the day he has the program relevant over a three year span. The last two seasons and this year we have either been on the bubble or in the tournament but we are always in the NCAA discussion. When was the last time we had a 3 year stretch like this? The Shaq days?
Just trying to keep things in perspective.

The great thing for LSU is the format of college basketball-- just win enough to make the tourney. With a good run there, you can win it all.
