If it doesn't get better, Javi will be replaced.
The approach at the plate by some of the players is like high school. They look lost.

people were complaining about us winning

I read most of the threads yesterday and don't recall a single poster complaining about winning. Not one.

Some took issue with the lack of offense displayed in those wins and their observation is more than legit for a sports board discussion group.

Baseball is a funny sport since so much of the game is concentrated on the one on one match up between pitcher and hitter. That's why you seldom see the word "upset" associated with baseball.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Chris Stratton • Miss. State
Junior • RHP • Tupelo, Miss.

Stratton registered an SEC season-high and career-best 17 strikeouts and four hits over 8.2 innings in a remarkable no-decision start at No. 10 LSU. Matched with LSU ace Kevin Gausman, Stratton struck out all nine starters in the LSU lineup, fanned two Tiger batters three times each and recorded a trio of three-strikeout innings… His 17 strikeouts is the most by a Bulldog pitcher since 1992.
• He held LSU to .138 hitting in the game. At one stretch he retired 16 consecutive batters, 11 via strikeout. Stratton leads the SEC with 44 strikeouts and the team with 29.2 innings pitched.

In other news UF is up to 31 homers. Through some form of magic, both UF and LSU have scored 153 runs STD, who'da thunk???
