Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug. It happens in sports. That's why we play the game.

You can't teach height. And he's a pretty cool guy.

keys i looked at aubrens record AND YOU ARE RIGHT
i am wrong five blind nuns could beat aubren they need to hire some good basketball players
like they did for the football team
they are so bad. bama is about like us miss state and ole miss are decent. how can aubren be so bad
If we lose a game to aubren tj should be fired on the spot
I remember years when the sec had half of the final 8 and half of the final 4 what happend?

you are one stupid motherfricker if you think LSU will go winless in the SEC. I bet you're a Katrina transplant to St. Tammany.

I'm not even sticking up for Trent tonight but the stupidity is outrageous. Will we win the SECW? Probably not. Is the team getting better? I'm really not sure. But at least come with some facts. Saying Brady never lost to an in state team or that LSU won't win one conference game even against a made up school called aubren is retarded.

The SEC is so weak this year that a team with a 6 man rotation will probably go 13-3 or 14-2. I wouldn't be surprised if Arkansas or Miss State won the West with a 7-9 record. I think LSU will go about 5-11. If we split UVA and Rice, than we will go 14-16 this year. I expected a little better (beat Nicholls and maybe go 7-9 in the SEC), and I bet everyone would have been quite pleased with 17-13.
Also, keep in mind that next year's team is going to have everyone back, unless Trent decides to cut someone.

I do kind of miss Brady a little bit. I know people hated him, but I miss him fist pumping and thanking the students in front of the scorer's table after big wins.
It seemed like life was simpler knowing we had Brady Ball to always fall back on.
And that stretch from 2003 through the 06 final four was some epic basketball.

GFYO. Seriously. The dude doesn't play. He doesn't dress out. He's red shirted this year. How the hell get off to this? He used to be in the band? You butthurt you ain't on the team?

But in all seriousness, I do wonder why Josh White was passed over. He's not an elite player by any means, but neither was Bo Spencer.

If I were 7 feet Trent would have let me play too. I would have killed to just sit there on the bench in college

Man, I've been watching LSU Basketbal for a long time. I thought last season was rock bottom. Sorry to say, I think this season may be worse. This coach is not bringing in talent and his coaching is horrible. It's a very sad situation. LSU needs a coaching change after this season. No Doubt...

settle in you got TJ this season, at least one more and most likely two more

Just 'cause the walk on is from the band doesn't automatically mean he is not going to turn out okay. Vince Carter was the drum major of his high school marching band. In the late '90's, LSU place kicker Danny Boyd was a music major.
Let's say the tuba playing walk-on didn't play in the band but was in a fraternity or he wasn't involved with anything on campus at all, it would be better?
Marching "Pre-game" with a 40 pound Sousaphone on your shoulder is not an easy task.
All I'm saying is let's give the kid a chance. He won't play this year anyway.

gotygers has admitted to no seeing LSU even play one game this year. Why are we arguing with him?
