For those of you that bash anyone who calls for a coaching change, you need to know this. I don't want to be right and neither does anyone who has reached the point of wanting a coaching change. I hate that Les can't make our team championship worthy. I hate having to admit to friends of mine who are AL fans that we need a new coach to beat them. I have never wanted to be more wrong about anything in my life but it's just so obvious. Each loss just keeps proving us right.

Not many of these people out there, at least people who actually watch LSU games.

Losing to Alabama a 6th straight time would be a nightmare

I tried to tell you guys Les Miles would not change. I would be the same (offense) next season and the next, etc, etc. Alabama will beat LSU the rest of this decade if Les Miles is still coaching. PERIOD!!!!

Like 40-50% of this board was saying this last season, you're not special.

It's not just offense anymore.

It really hasn't been pointed out enough what's happened to special teams. Leave your excuse at the door. The reasons why don't matter.

This.

I've been through the lean years. And, I know coaching changes can go poorly. They can bring lean years.

I would gladly come to this board and take my medicine if we won out from here.

Being "right" regarding a coaching problem is like being "right" in marriage.

It usually means you end up divorced

Not sure we have to worry about that since LM appears to be one ugly loss away from being fired mid-season.

Please point these out to me. Even Miles' staunchest supporters have said its time.

Wait until our superior talent pulls out a few wins. Then the les supporters will be out in force to support him whole giving him all the credit for beating teams we should beat.

I've given up on ever beating Alabama while he is here. But I'd still like to think we could beat teams like Wisconsin and Arkansas. Sadly, now even that apparently is asking too much of this coaching staff.
