I know Beth should have made the change sooner but we need to be much better offensively

Can't hit, if they do slow ground outs. Great season but need to play with heart.

Seem's like Simmons is the best player on this team...don't know if that's a good or a bad thing...just seem's like the offensive approach, slap hitter's?, serves no purpose.

It's even more concerning because we have the players. The offense has taken major steps back. Pitching isn't why we lost!

We take too many weak swings, we look lost at the plate too much, poor mechanics that have even been pointed out by previous commentators. I'm not bashing the staff but just stating what's going on. Pitching will always keep us in contention but from watching college softball. We will never have a chance in hell unless we have much better hitting.

We need to regroup! We have the pitchers to come back

Has posted about 3 games this postseason. A&M in the SEC tourney when we were losing, Auburn in the SEC tourney, tonight. Must've been busy last Friday.

LSU offense had more than enough full-count opportunities, especially with two runners at second, and didn't deliver.
When they were in 1-2 and 2-2 counts, Betsa owned them with that drop-change.

Hope our power hitters wake up or it will be just like last year.

I have never gone to an LSU softball game, so i dont get to look into the dugout, but Dobson doesnt really get up and talk to the hitters, does he? He seems to just sit there and chew gum.. maybe I am wrong, but it just seems with all the horrible pitch selection and mental errors the offense was making, he'd be up and around talking to his players.

Another thing that puzzles me is...why when a pitch is coming at a batter, do they jump out the way? Florida leans into the ball, and if your offense aint hitting, take the walks if they come to you.

With no consistency in the zone they're throwing out protection swings at junk low and outside.

Really not an excuse...this is a SR/JR team which play's against the best talent in the country, in the best conference in the country, and they appeared unprepared, and they shouldn't be. No approach at the plate was obvious.

Actually they did have a pretty decent approach. They made Betsa work hard. She just came up big in the clutch and LSU didn't. shite happens. That was a tough game against a very good opponent. One bad inning got to them. Gotta go beat Bama now
