Madking and I have had several disagreements and Damone as well. We can disagree without the other nonsense. The two that I mock on "the other side" are Buckeye Jeaux and whatever Pensacoal alter is running around. I tried to the civil part with them and they both shite on it.

I've seen you call out both the mad hatter and the shite troll.
Both of them either misunderstood your post and assumed that you were talking about the other side or intentionally took it the wrong way for some reason or another. You didn't follow up to clarify what you meant by your post and I can't say that I blame you.

He isn't that, though. But...all you have to do is assert it, and PRESTO it's true. Ree has made a fricking nuisance of himself since the Fall of 2016 and has been called out relentlessly for it. Goldrush has been nothing like that.

I have. I've actually made a point of calling out obvious new posters who have joined to do just that...after predicting we'd start to get a few after what was obviously happening on the flip side. FWIW, I don't care about positive or negative. Be either...just defend your position honestly, and don;t start a new username to do it. You do that, you're all good with me. Look at your posts in this thread and tell me that you aren't trying to start an argument with me. It's not about the discussion of the topic at hand it's about starting an argument with me yet for some reason you think that I'm being unreasonable. I gave my opinion on the topic on page 1 of the thread. I could see Burrow being a mid-round pick with a big year this season, but I don't know that he has the arm to be a 1st or 2nd round pick. I think he could bring a lot of good things to the table for an NFL team but I dont see him as a prototypical NFL QB.
Subsequently I just wanted some examples of the several posters who you claim want O to fail. Then you accused me of being "nega as they come" so I asked for some examples of that. I'm not trying to be confrontational. If you can provide some examples of those things, great. If not that, that's fine too

Other than Rouge, I don't recall any well known poster who has said that, or even close to that. In Rouge's case, if I recall correctly, it was strategic in that if Orgeron got on with losing fast we could replace him. Even then, it was in his own way FOR LSU.
But, he was called out by everyone for saying that. Most said something to the effect of "while I think he'll ultimately fail I could never pull for LSU to lose." That response was near universal and was most importantly coming from the group of folks who are most critical of Orgeron in large part, because none of us wanted to be tarred with that take.
Thing is...this has just become a self sustaining talking point. It doesn't REQUIRE a link or a quote. And if you dare press for one, they'll just tell you what YOU think without having actually said it. One hell of a trick, right?
It's been explained over and over and over again. Almost no one wants Orgeron to fail, because his failure is LSU's failure. I don't care AT ALL about Ed Orgeron's personal failures. What I DO care an awful lot about is LSU's failures. So...there's no way I'm "hoping" Orgeron fails so long as his failure would drag down LSU. The only way this makes any sense at all is to argue that these people who, in many cases, have been fans forever, are so invested in a stupid internet argument that they'd prefer to have their favorite team or alma mater fail in order to win an argument with a bunch of anonymous posters on line.
It's absurd.
Upcoming response: Stop lying...you know you want him to fail!!!!
