7-5 is the most likely outcome. 1-1 against A&M and Arky. Guaranteed loss against Bama and Georiga. Miami is a tossup. No trust in Brennan.

10-2 or 9-3 In all reality not a bad season. If Lowell or Myles are the truth, it could be better.

85% chance we lose at Auburn

60% chance we lose to Alabama.

I think we'll be better than 50-50 versus all other teams which would leave us 10-2/6-2 and most likely ranked #11-#12. We would get a NY6 bowl.

All of this could turn downward IF we do not develop at QB and RB.

Sept. 1 Miami (at Arlington, Texas) W (this game isn't nearly the challenge it looked like a few weeks ago. Canes were exposed once competition ratcheted up)
Sept. 8 Southeastern Louisiana W
Sept. 15 at Auburn L
Sept. 22 Louisiana Tech W
Sept. 29 Ole Miss W
Oct. 6 at Florida W
Oct. 13 Georgia L
Oct. 19 Mississippi State W
Oct. 26 BYE
Nov. 3 Alabama L
Nov. 10 at Arkansas W
Nov. 17 Rice W
Nov. 24 at Texas A&M W

9-3

Even granting a loss to Alabama, there are only 5 other tough games. Miami, Auburn, Georgia, and I'll throw Florida and A&M in there with the upgrades at HC.

If we think we have an upgraded coaching staff, we should be able to go AT LEAST above .500 in our remaining games after assuming a loss to Alabama.

2-3 in those PLUS a loss to Alabama is even worse than mediocre, which would put us at 8-4.

Go 3-2 in those toss up games getting us to 9-3 and I'd say that's a decent season to build on since the schedule is tougher than this year when we underachieved.

This was the year to make some noise nationally. New QB, new stable of RBs, some key losses on the D line and secondary will make for a disappointing 2018.

Sept. 1 Miami (at Arlington, Texas)LOSS
Sept. 8 Southeastern LouisianaWIN
Sept. 15 at Auburn LOSS
Sept. 22 Louisiana Tech WIN
Sept. 29 Ole Miss WIN
Oct. 6 at Florida PUSH
Oct. 13 Georgia LOSS
Oct. 19 Mississippi State WIN
Oct. 26 BYE
Nov. 3 Alabama LOSS
Nov. 10 at Arkansas WIN
Nov. 17 Rice WIN
Nov. 24 at Texas A&M PUSH

Depending on the outcomes of Florida and aTm, can be as good as 8-4 and as bad as 6-6. So probably in the middle and end up 7-5. But, hey give O time. He has to rebuild and we are always gonna be Next Year U.

As bad as they were this year, Florida is a toss up too. And as much as I hate it, we wont just keep beating aTm forever. One year they will surprise us...probably the same year we finally beat Bama.

I expect a loss here too, but when was the last time Gus had good seasons back to back? Seems like its feast or famine with him.

8-4 as well It's almost like we regress in terms of excitement instead of being positive

L's to Auburn/Bama/UGA and UF or Aggie.

FWIW, I loathe that we are in this position.
