Georgia would have put a beat down on us. We were running on fumes at that point.

Yeah, but you know why Georgia wasn't in it? Cause they got their azz whooped by Tennessee. Tennessee beat them by 21.

I believe Darren McFadden and Felix Jones just kicked our asses.

That...and they converted a 4th and 10 in OT after we scored a TD and eventually tied it.

2 words....Gary Crowton

2 words......... Bo Pilini. FIFY

If you watch the sidelines at the end of the close games, Bo is in Les' ear screaming at him. Bo knows. Part of the problem now is GC won't buck CLM - Miles doesn't respect him.

He still had 2 coodinaters who are better coaches than him, and also still had enough players on that team who had been taught and developed to be mentally disciplined as well as physical. They are all gone now.

The same dumbass then as he is now. Clock mismanagement almost cost us the auburn game. We had a 12-0 team that went 10-2. Thank God everyone else had at least 2 losses. Every year we can pick 1 or 2 coaching frick up games that show how over his head he is.

crazy just worked...he had a qb with a football iq as well as leaders on both sides of the ball. It also didnt hurt that he had the most talented team in the nation hands down. Bo helped out a lot too

100% agree. Great QB play was the biggest difference although the leadership of Dorsey and Hester was huge.

Although I'm glad we did,we should NEVER have won the NC in 07!!
Anyone that watches those games with an open mind would agree!!Kids playing they're hearts out and Miles shithouse luck is the only reason we won it.Certainly not coaching!!!!

It did seem like he had more ballz back then.

Ballz or Lesticles =/= going for it on fourth when you put your team in position to have no other choice

that was just an instance of talent (Hester) overcoming poor coaching and making first downs because he absolutely had to not because his coach had lesticles.

Anyone that watches those games saw that LSU had a better team than everyone they faced. Even the Least and Left coast lovin' four-letter network bobbin' heads agreed LSU was the best team in the country. I don't think OSU thought LSU was lucky to beat them like a red-headed stepchild.

no question we had the most talent in the nation...now the question can we agree that we are as talented as anyone this year if JL can somehow manage the QB position?
