Was Jack Bech hurt? Had to miss the game and didn’t see a stat line on him.

I believe he arrived late for personal reasons. I don’t care to speculate on what caused him to arrive late but he probably wasn’t in the best shape mentally to play.
Somebody posted something on here last night saying he was arriving to the game late for an undisclosed reason.

Just saw on Twitter coach saying Jack had a bout with Covid. Basically said Jack was willing and wanting to play but the coaches made a decision in his best interest, not feeling he was physically prepared to play.

He was on the sidelines and even got into it with a ksu player at some point. He would be playing if allowed, I'm sure.

Announcers mentioned that he only practiced once. Is there a minimum amounts of practices needed to play?

Why post dumb shite like this? He has Covid, had to go through protocol and only practiced once before the bowl.

No, but coaches thought it was in his best interest not to play. I am guessing they just didn't think it was worth it for a meaningless bowl game.

I didnt see him at all in the first half but he did play a few snaps in the 3rd quarter

He got in and immediately got a flag for a scuffle between a few guys. Didn't return.

He came into the game for 1 play, which ended on an Unsportsmanlike Penalty on KSU.

Somebody posted on here a screenshot of a news update that said he was arriving late. So yeah, that’s the reason I posted it.

Couldn't practice for a couple of weeks leading up to bowl practice due to COVID.
Dude still ran on the field to defend his teammate though
