NO. Nothing is a guarantee in any football game. There is always that chance a play will blow up and disaster strikes.

I hope nothing fishy was going on. It looked really bad

You Sir are dead wrong. What kind of a b.s. rise are you trying to get from the RANT? Brossette is a very aggressve and hard runner just like Guice, CEH, Fournette, etc. All LSU backs can smell the goal line and have been for many, many, many Saturdays and occasionally during the week or Sun. for special games. Here's your emoticon for the day:

I loved listening to that degenerate gambler cry throughout that YouTube video. Thanks for that.

Dr D (Dimento?) your observations are comical at best. I am certainly not trying rustle any jimmies, my question is genuine.
Today is the first day I’ve looked at the two Brossette slides more than once, and upon doing so, the first slide, in my opinion, doesn’t show indisputable evidence that Brossette would have scored. It was 50/50, as two defenders emerged to make a tackle. Brossette certainly could have juked or powered over those defenders, but it wasn’t a foregone conclusion.
I do believe, upon further review, Brossette could have scored on the following play. In Brossette’s defense, that particular play should never have been a rushing attempt on Brossette’s part; it should have been a kneel down by Joe Burrow, followed another kneel, ending the game.

On the first play, there was a chance he would not have scored.
On the 2nd run, he was going to score 100 out of 100 times.

very wrong. I didn't have money on it but we have a family bragging rights predicted points vs actual points. When he was going to score I raised my hands up and yelled "YES"!!! cause I would have had a perfect prediction. I ended up with a "What?, What?, What?"
