He did not pass up a scholarship to UCLA. His grades were not good as a Freshman and Sophomore. He committed to UCLA end of Junior year/start of Senior year. When the admissions of UCLA looked into him, they did not want to let him in on a conditional scholarship (was going to make his grades) and the coaching staff was forced to pull his offer. He has been in trouble before. Cannot seem to get his act together.
