I’m in the same place you are but for different reasons. I’m 100% behind Wade and we’re in better shape than we’ve been in decades at LSU. This will be his second straight trip to the dance in 3 years so there’s nothing to complain about but I do feel he’s made critical mistakes. Wade is 37 years old and still learning, we’ve got an outstanding young coach who’s off to an unprecedented start at LSU. If getting to the dance and securing a double bye in the SEC tourney is a down year I’ll take it any day.

ALEVA was a Goldbricker and you are implying he is a Shark?

WW hooked Aleva’s sorry Azz and chopped him up into bait fish!

LSU MBB is in good hands, WW is having to endure the SEC bias in scheduling and people who criticize him daily, like the OP and D*ckhead Finebaum.

WW will keep working and really upset his detractors!!

How old are you? Are you familiar at all with recruiting in college athletics? At all??

Lmao if you think Will is of poor character I’d encourage you to open your eyes and look around at college football and basketball.

how childish can college posts get...

1) Not a fan of Alleva, but his job was to protect LSU, not any one coach.
2) Wade should not have put himself in the position of being suspended.
3) He is 37 and never played formal Basketball...all from books. Hope he finds that experience from those around him.
4) His performance so far is good, but does not merit either a long term contract or salary increase as some have suggested.
5) He is paid for performance as every other employee of LSU.

Who exactly did we lose who would have made a difference?

Also, Wade stepped on his on own dick by refusing to meet when LSU was doing it’s due diligence and trying to demonstrate “institutional control”. Alleva handled it poorly but Wade threw gas on a fire.

All your bitching about General Wade is meaningless.

In a “down year” for him, he will still at least match the best season in the Johnny Jones era lol

First, you don't know what "jumped the shark" means.

Second, Wade could not recruit a proper team because he was suspended by our idiot AD.

Wade was reinstated immediately after he met with LSU

He avoided it for nearly 40 days because of bad legal advice. By him following bad advice, he not only missed out on recruiting, but coaching the postseason as well.

That is on Wade. That is on his legal counsel. They have to accept their responsibility in botching that matter.

Even with the friendly front-end schedule, I admired the 8-0 SEC start. But fundamentals are lacking when you watch this team. And I don't know how much of that is due to poor coaching versus having a depleted roster. But I do believe he is of poor character. People reveal their true self when they think no one is listening.

Go watch more Hallmark shite and shut up

I wish crap like this would be anchored or deleted.

Wade loses a blatantly fixed game and now he sucks?

LOL. GFY

Next year's class will have LSU right back in the thick of things.

Our fan base, like that of the Saints, has "blame the refs" fever.

Did the refs also cause the Vanderbilt loss?

Wade has his best season last year. The team is regressing.
