Were the charges not dropped?

Wasn't that because the occupants declined to press charges?

It sounded to me like an incident that got highly overblown from the get go where arrests didn’t even appear to be necessary.

Did they not go in and kick down the bedroom door? I haven't seen that that has been disputed. And OF COURSE this is a minor incident in the grand scheme of things. But if they knew where the guy lived, why not just call the cops... ESPECIALLY if you're the starting QB and a "Team Leader". Call me old-fashioned or whatever I guess. But I'll leave this all at that instead of rehashing it in this thread.

Because of this stuff by the media (not you), their last day reporting with that level of access will be Sunday.

Look at 5:05 mark

like wth was that. Harris did the same drill and put it right on the money. AJ doesn't even look like he's trying anymore

holy shite... this isn't even a competition anymore if harris knows the playbook.

Harris is so much more talented. One looks like a pro prospect and the other a high school level qb

He probably sees the writing on the wall. Seeing how Harris has progressed vs. himself, he's probably desperate now to hold on to even a chance at the starting job.

How fast is he? Could he play safety?

Everyone knows Harris has more talent, but it's hilarious people are making conclusions off one bad throw. That is beyond stupid... Especially since Harris will have his share of head scratchers as well.

Maybe the athletic department can purchase a few more footballs instead of having to wait for the (2) balls to be returned after each play.

The second video was last year. Thus not that good.

And downfield passing is probably Jennings biggest strength. He throws a beautiful deep ball/fade. Those were most of our offense last year.

He just struggles with short and intermediate accuracy

East Cobb had a decent team and good running game. He wasn't asked to do very much at all in H.S. so without tryouts, it would be hard to predict his weaknesses

I don't think it's based off the premise of just one throw in a controlled environment but more so what he has actually done in live action.

I'm not a passenger on the bus that many posters are trying to place Jennings under the tires of & then back over him at every opportunity but I can't help but see what I see here. The truth is Jennings struggles with accuracy. It's like he has the yips on short & intermediate throws almost to the point where he is aiming the ball instead of letting it rip naturally.

As a person who believes in second chances & loves stories of redemption, I'm pulling for him to get better. The hate Jennings has received from a portion of the fanbase is unjustified in my opinion. He's not backing down from the challenge when there are many people out there who in the same situation would tuck their tail's & quit. The guy is showing some heart here & any real football fan should be able to appreciate that somewhat.

As far as Harris goes, he undoubtedly will make his share of mistakes if he ultimately wins out (fingers crossed) during fall camp. It's just the nature of the beast but what has many fans excited about him is his ability to provide the big play with both his arm & feet.

It's not hate brother, it's frustration at having the same problem over and over. Jennings just happens to be that guy right now

say he gets rattled easily is absolutely false though. How soon we forget that his first game action came in the 4th quarter against an SEC opponent in a game we needed to score to win. He went 99 yards on a perfectly executed drive to show us that he does have balls of steel. He showed this same resolve last season against Wisconsin, Florida, and Ole Miss.

Agree. I don't think he's easily rattled, I think he's inaccurate, and made poor decisions.

Is it just me or does Harris look way more focused and into it than Jennings? Jennings looks like he was just going through the motions and lobbing balls. Dude better realize that Harris is gunning for (and winning the battle) for the QB position.

If anyone would pull up the videos from last year's practices both spring & fall, Cam was always on Harris the most. I think it's finally setting in with Brandon.

It's the star pupil type of deal where the teacher is hardest on his most gifted pupil.

People can say what they want but Harris is Cam's guy. Unfortunately for Jennings he's not & he isn't doing what it takes to win Cam over either. That's what it seems like from a distance at least.
