Sheesh. That was hard to watch. One week he’s a top physical specimen capable of playing safety at the highest level in CFB and the next he can’t turn his head while laying on a pillow. Life doesn’t seem fair sometimes but I pray that God brings him through this and his will be done.

What kills me was Brooks thought after taking out the brain tumor, he thought he was going to come right back and play. He had no idea the struggle he was about to go through after the surgery.

One of the blessings of youth. You think you are 10 feet tall and bullet proof. Unlike older people who have seen hardships and struggles and right away know. Hopefully Greg can maintain that I will be back and better than ever attitude, it will serve him well in his struggle.

Things like this tend to bring everyone together. This is beyond horrible. I can’t imagine what that poor guy is going through.

I know its frustrating to see a 20 year old kid in this position but all we can do is pray and send well wishes. All we can do is donate money so his family doesnt have to stress about paying those bills. But that is all we can do. Unfortunately this is up to Greg and if Greg believes in a higher power. Thats a tough hand hes been dealt but i like to think he has a good chance instead of being grim.
