A lot of 5 or 6 man pressures. A lot more man to man. You can tell they don’t have the same type of athleticism that you see from the top level schools but the guys are always in position to make a play.

What I like is he mixes it up and just doesn’t sit there on his heels and accepts an arse beating like House did. They attack and play coverage. Its causes the QB to make mistakes and gets the defense off the field.

There were a lot of plays that JD5 worked his magic and avoided the sack. This was one game that didn’t come easy.

Tackling is decent and dbs turn to find the ball. Hopefully, next season will hold less frustration.

The biggest thing about Mizzou last year IMO was their D-line was consistently very good. That’s where it all begins. Flexibility on pressure and in coverage is dependent upon great line play. If we get a good D-line coach we’ll be back.

In a year where Florida gave up 700 yards to our Heisman-lead, record setting, #1 offense in the nation, you’re going to complain about Missouri level talent giving up 42 points(7 was on a pick-6)? Damn, some of y’all are just miserable people.

and that is what is used in zone blitzes. u can blitz up to 7 in a man blitz if the rb stays in to block

Yeah and that guy who gave up 45 to us in the 96 Indy bowl shouldn’t be looked at either

Daniels put up 382 yards and 3 TDs in 3 quarters vs Bama. Daniels put up 389 yards and 4 TDs in the entire game vs Mizzu.

That was one of my biggest complaints. Everyone of our corners wouldn’t turn to find the ball. It obviously was coached into them. Ugh.

. Literally no one could stop us this year. (Other than cheap shotting the QB). Are you fricking serious with this question?
