Reports emerged Monday that a meeting between Baton Rouge police detectives and four members of the LSU football program, originally scheduled for Monday morning and pushed back to Tuesday, would not take place after all.
Based on at least one report, however, the meeting is back on.
The Baton Rouge Advocate is reporting that the four players — quarterback Jordan Jefferson, offensive tackle Chris Davenport, linebacker Josh Johns and wide receiver Jarvis Landry – will meet with detectives Tuesday as planned. Per the request of the BRPD’s chief, the location and the time of the meeting is not being disclosed.
The Advocate also notes, by way of BRPD spokesperson Don Stone, “[i]nvestigators concluded through their investigation that both simple battery and second-degree battery charges will be filed when the investigation is completed and arrests are possible.” The latter charge is a felony which carries a maximum five-year prison term while the former is a misdemeanor.

Two employees of the bar where LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson and three teammates are accused of injuring four people in a parking lot brawl said Thursday that one of the victims "threw the first punch" shortly after he had been escorted outside by staff.In an interview with The Associated Press, Shady's Bar general manager John Peak and door manager Jordan Neldare offer versions of the bar fight that differ from details in a police report released Thursday. Neldare said he was outside and witness the fight firsthand, but had not yet been interviewed by police.

What the hell are you talking about? My "made up bullshite" was stating that there are possible explanations for why Lowery was not there when the officer arrived, but there when he came back. Explanations other than the "made up bullshite" that Lowery came back so he could find the officer and lie to him in order to frame JJ as part of a big conspiracy.
Maybe you should know what is being discussed before you try to jump in.

Yeah, well, secret witnesses are a bitch. You can't pay someone off if you don't know who they are. U think BRPD has any secret witnesses? I got a feeling it's gonna be shocking when the full details of BRPD's case are made public.
