There's no other explanation why a bloodied up person would return the the site where he just took an arse whipping.

This is merely conjecture, so take it that way.
The one and only fight I was even remotely involved in in college involved going back to the scene like this. Long story short, I was with a few friends and we had gone to some girl's apartment after a work Christmas party. I had drank WAY too much REALLY fast and was slowly becoming unconscious. At some point, this girl's ex boyfriend and some friends of his showed up and shite talking ensued. By that time, I was asleep in my friend's car when they came running over screaming about the fight, etc. We drove off and my buddy dropped me off at his place, wherein he grabbed a gun and went back. thankfully he was a dumb arse and probably not even smart enough to have loaded it, and from what he said no one was around when he got there.
Point is, the first thing I thought of when I heard a guy going back to a fight scene an hour later was that he wasn't quite done.
Again...total and complete speculation on my part...and it is not clouding my opinion of this as I don;t really give any weight to it. Just a thought...

However, based on evidence available, police reports, the nature of the investigation, etc. those making blatant assertions that Jefferson committed anything qualifying as assault, much less anything qualifying as a felony, are certainly douchebags.

Cadello, Choctaw, lsudm21, justme, and philosoraptor you might be happy to know I am no longer going to open this thread anymore because I have much more important shite to be worrying about such as things actually relating to LSU athletics more obviously the football team. I suggest you do the same.
