I just wish Doc, TIGRLEE, CptBengal, EricB and the others would just be honest and come out and say that they want JJ to be suspended/kicked off because they don't think he's a good QB.

That's all it takes.
I have signed search warrants and arrest warrants.
Probable cause means reasonable belief and reasonable belief can be supported by one person's story.
In this case, the police could have relied merely on Lowery's story alone.

I agree... but perhaps we should humor the process and get an understanding of what they have or dont have before condemning them for a shitty job and wrong judgement?
That is my whole point. I dont know what is in the arrest warrants. Until I do, how on earth can I reasonably say it is a horrible mistake they have made?

Well, some feared the guy in all black was JJ cause someone looking at the video decided the "fricked" kicker was a tall black male with JJ's build.
Since the video has come out showing the guy labeled as JJ wearing a light colored top, some now view the fight video as worthless or really there are 2 kickers or 3 kickers or 2 kickers and a stomper.
Go figure.......

Exactly! I haven't read any or seen any threads started on how much Josh has embarrassed LSU and how he shouldn't have put himself in that situation or anything of the sort.
