I think most of our sentiments on this case has followed close enough. However, I think anybody jumping on either side of this bandwagon is silly because there is no way all the evidence has been released. BRPD made this alot harder on themselves with the non stop public circus they had going.
The only part I agree with Choctaw is that some people do need their arse whipped. Having seen Lowry non stop harassing the girl in the bar, he deserved a square punch to the face, and if he started the fight, he deserved a square punch to the face. However, once that guy was down, the kicking was bullshite.

Keep in mind, JUST ME, that this video is at a minimum a full minute into the frackas and if you believe the bouncers, then a lot more then that.
In the first few seconds you see what appears to be someone being dragged back to their truck. Lowery says that is where it all started. Bouncers say no, truck was not in play to well after Lowery threw the first punch. No way the first punch as thrown at the 1:04-1:06 mark in the video... it must predate the dragging.
In other words there are 'minutes' with no videos... I am not sure why this 3 seconds seems to be taken as all inclusive. Now if the BRPD has said this 3 seconds is when it happenned and they are basing off that... I would get it... but it is simply the rant who is making that conjecture.
