This. BRPD KNOWS LSU football runs this city.
They would be stupid to arrest on shoddy evidence with no hope of making a case, and spending a week, getting evidence, search warrants, etc...
Just because the "rant" hasn't had access to information, statements, etc., does not mean it does not exist.
