So equating admitted going but without mentioning sunglasses to claiming having never gone THROUGH YOUR ATTORNEY. apples to apples, definitely.

Its just going to get awkward, if JL goes in and throws for 4 tds and 359 yrds, only to have JJ cleared next week.

worst possible scenario, IMO.

The bar employees possibly thought it would go away without them getting involved since the police did not interview them in the beginning, as still did not contact them after talking with the players. I do not think they have an agenda they just thought the police would contact them since they were employees of where the incident happened.

Spoken like a non-lawyer. People are illogical. People lie for reasons that pass understanding. Trying to figure out why would require an understanding of the human mind that passes most of our understanding. People lie. All the friggin time. About stuff that can be easily disproved. It's really quite something.
Sure, spur of the moment or thereabouts. But I have trouble believing Lowery would have lied to his own lawyer who then would have made a public statement seemingly reciting the information.

Yeah, I am making an assumption they know each other based on hiring the same attorney the next day.
That's the primary counterissue, IMO, on whether they knew each other or not.

Sure let's kick a guy off the team press charges and ruin his life falsely all for curfew
curfew is a non-issue here. to even bring it up is stupid on his part

Then the players who actually saw it could just step forward and tell the cops: "Look, the guy got kicked, but we don't know WHO the dude was that kicked the guy. He wasn't with us, he just kind of blended into the melee."

As far as I know, nobody's stepped forward to say anything like that. And the only reason for that I can come up with is that it didn't go down that way.

I know. This is all just speculation on all our part.

one would think...

this is beyond anything we have known about JJ since he's been at LSU. it would take some serious evidence to make me believe he would do this.

if you live in BR, the bar fight video is coming up on ch.2, it doesn't really show anything other than JJ is oblivious to Lowery and he's wearing a light shirt.

JJ is only linked to Lowery and exactly why are you worried about the other "three victims"

Because there is no evidence or witness statement linking JJ to any of the other victims
