10 win seasons are great but blue ballz suck....
Beating MSU 14 times in a row is great but losing to them sucks
When things do not workout perfectly, people like to demand change because they feel it will lead to a better outcome next time. As if a single coach can control whether his team wins or not every game...
Anyway change is cool so I say oust Les and bring in the Lane Train!

This has been LSU's golden age, not Les Miles'. He has just been the bafoon with the keys to the car. Yea players like him, because he is a great father figure to them and like a foster parent to some. But he is by no means a top 25 football coach skill wise.
If these guys can turnaround the Mississippi schools just think what a skilled head coach could do here?

I don't know. It may not, do you think this team, as young as it is, looks either poorly prepared or poorly selected.
When is it gonna happen, I don't know, but I suspect by the end of the year we have 6 loses, with signature wins against KY and Wisconsin.
Next year we come out with the same personnel and the same schemes, with the same coaches, do we close the gap? Ole Miss will be better, MSU will be about the same, Bama will be better, the Aggies will be the most dynamic offense we may have ever faced next year.
Make no mistake, Mullen and Malzahn played nice, they both could have rolled up more points on us.

I guess it all depends on how many losses each year are acceptable for you and this quality of a program.
To all you pumpers, how in the frick could LSU have been top a top 10 team , and then be embarrassed week after week ? doesn't it take talent to be judged as one of the 10 best teams in the nation ? Could all the pundits be that wrong ?
