I keep seeing these stupid posts. His sons were always on campus going to multiple sporting events over the years. Verge and his wife made a point of visiting different college campus’s while on vacation so their sons could see there is more than just LSU out there. When you are a parent you want your kids to pick the school that they believe will be a successful place for them to attend. It shouldn’t be the parents pick.

I liked all his answers. He was pretty candid about what made them nervous during the process…

I was very wrong about Verge. Time will tell with other Athletic Department decisions but this hire was historical, Not only because the get was LK, but because of how it all had to play out and Florida in the mix as well. Some 3d chess right there.

Exactly. My daughter was in Jaiden’s class at UHigh and she’s in her junior year now at Auburn. 13 years is a long time to be at one place.
