What? He was in his 40s and had been the HC at Valpo for 5-6 years before Vandy hired him. If we're going the mid major route I would rather it not be a retread who already failed in the SEC.

If affording BK buyout, Lane Kiffin salary/buyout, Staff buyout, and football NIL means that we have to keep McMahon for another 3 years, I honestly don't give a F. Football is way more important than basketball. And you can't have your cake and eat it too. Already loads of money dropped on football, can't have basketball too. And no one really, actually cares about college basketball like college football until March Madness. Even then, it's still not qutie the same. I'd rather a regular season SEC football win over a March Madness win.
